So I know it's been a little while since I've written in here. We've been pretty busy, and it's not slowing down for awhile.
Our weekend down in Indy was great. It was nice to get away and relax. Christina already psted on it some but I wanted to add some of my favorite photos from it. She got me a 3 month subscription to the beer of the month club, but it hasn't gotten here yet. I can't wait to drink my delicious present.
Tiffany and Nick came down to visit us last weekend. It was the first time they had been down here. We were going to see Batman in Imax but all the shows for the entire day were sold out. So we wanted to go down to Indy anyways so we went to a theatre down there (it was great and still might see it in Imax next weekend, maybe a review of it later). The we were going to walk the canals with them but it was crazy downtown. There were police on every corner and riot control urban assault style vehicles, it was pretty crazy. So we got the hell out of there and went home.
We played a bunch of wii and relaxed which was nice. I played 18 holes of disc golf with Nick Saturday morning and then Tiffany wanted to try it so we went and played 9 holes on another course on Sunday. Nick ended up getting a set of discs for his birthday since he seemed to be into it. Gave me a excuse to finally buy myself a set and stop playing with one disc. It was great when i chucked a brand new one into the woods and it was so hard to get it back, i got it, back all scratched up, and sweaty. I took a couple photos and will put them up sometime.
Looking into the future, we're going home this weekend. It should be a lot of fun. Gotta go to El Charitos for sure since we missed out on it last time. I need to get a haircut while i'm there because i look like a dirty hippie. Friday's plan is to float around in the pool and have a bunch of drinks, you know, live the good life. Family Reunion on Saturday. Usually Sunday stuff, and then back home. I know it will fly by.
We were having trouble seeing tigers then we found a little spot to look through and this guy was playing for the camera.
Yes, it's a real lizard, no stuffed one's here, and a pretty kickass photo of him if i do say so myself.

One of my favorite cars from the show. Somewhat since it is close to what the HHR is based on. But mostly because it is just a beautiful car. I usually hate flames on cars but i'm really likeing these.
